Argentinian representative at the World Gastronomy Championship Bocuse D´Or, France 2015 and 2019. He has been taking part in culinary competitions for more than 15 years, promoting personal improvement and the search for professional excellence through this work discipline.

NEW CHALLENGES

In this new professional stage and based in Malaga, he has created Blossom Restaurant. A new concept that proposes an innovative and modern look implementing haute cuisine techniques in an original tasting menu, inspired by the sea, the mountains and local products.


GASTRONOMY IN PATAGONIA

Complementing his career as a professional chef, Emiliano runs since 2007 El Obrador Escuela de Arte Culinario, located in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia (Argentina).
